Getting Started with UrOperator
Follow these steps to start using UrOperator cloud telephony services:
Step 1: Account Setup
Our team will create your account and provide login credentials.
Step 2: Agent Creation
You can add agents from the admin panel based on your requirement.
Step 3: Dialer Access
Agents can log in using the provided URL, username, and password.
Step 4: SIP / Calling Setup
We will configure SIP trunk or DID based on your requirement.
Step 5: Start Calling
Once setup is complete, agents can start making and receiving calls.
